The Programme includes the much-anticipated launch of its online Partner Portal; an interactive online platform enabling EIZO’s Key Channel Partners access to improved resources and customer support to help drive best sales practice, growth within high-end visual solutions business and encourage a higher level of Partner engagement.  Reacting to a long-awaited request from its Partners, EIZO is pleased to now have an intuitive, knowledge rich portal which brings together various levels of functionality offering a member’s only one-stop shop solution for its Partners. EIZO Limited is one of the fastest and consistently growing monitor vendors within the UK. In order to continue its sustained growth, the Ascot based B2B business has increased its attention and support to its Channel Partners.  The Portal, provided by US software company Allbound Inc. will play a key role in supporting, onboarding and training its key Channel Partners to help them better understand EIZO and its broad range of visual solutions.  It also includes a quick and easy Deal Registration function which links directly to the EIZO CRM allowing an efficient process of approving and moving forward with any customer deals.

The platform has been designed to allow quick and easy access for Channel Partners to access a wide range of useful and supporting materials.  Channel Partners will be encouraged to take part in and complete training exercises as part of their development, and to better equip them with assets and collateral to successfully promote and sell EIZO monitors. Analytics of this data will be available both at a Channel Partner and an EIZO level so training can be monitored, improved and developed.

In addition to the portal is the release of the EIZO Channel Programme.  A range of different support levels for its Partners, consisting Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze.  These tiers have been created in order to support all EIZO Enterprise Partners selling the extensive EIZO product range.  The Programme allows the team at EIZO to work and support its Partners with the aim of promoting them up the ranks while offering them access to greater rewards based on engagement levels.

Platinum Partners are actively engaged with the EIZO sales and marketing teams and align themselves to the EIZO strategy to develop business within key sectors. They have in-house technical knowledge and capabilities to support their end user customers and actively promote EIZO into new accounts. Gold Partners engage with the EIZO sales and marketing teams and Channel Manager on both project and run rate business. They allow access to their sales team and share information about their strategy and goals. They actively promote EIZO into new end user accounts. Silver Partners will regularly engage with the EIZO sales team for project business and will promote EIZO into their end user customers when they feel it's appropriate. Bronze Partners buy EIZO monitors on an ad-hoc basis but may occasionally work on larger projects. These Partners tend to only sell EIZO to a few end user customers.

The EIZO Portal hosts and displays a variety of sales and marketing collateral including price lists, demo videos, case studies, brochures and product imagery. Select pieces of collateral will be available for download so Channel Partners can co-brand these items and share these with their customers. Additional benefits will include historic performance against target for their business, and leader boards for sales incentives running with the Partners. There is plenty of opportunity for growth as the EIZO Portal is both scalable and agile for expanding the EIZO Channel business.

The design of the EIZO Portal clearly represents the EIZO brand, ethos and culture with the use of the EIZO colours throughout. When user’s login to the EIZO portal they will be met with a personalised dashboard featuring relevant information for the individual and the reseller they work for. It also features a ‘Contact Us’ page so resellers have easy access to relevant EIZO employees contact details.
