1. Touch Features
Projected Capacitive Touch Panel
The DuraVision FDS1782T features projected capacitive touch technology which is more durable and reliable compared to other touch technologies. The monitor accepts touch input from a bare finger or dedicated stylus.
Multitouch Interface
The screen can detect up to 10 simultaneous touches so you can easily operate a variety of applications in almost any environment. The monitor is equipped with palm rejection which allows you to rest your hand directly on the screen without causing any unintended touch input.
Palm rejection minimum activation area is 2 x 2 cm.
Touch Detection Control
Users can easily turn touch detection on or off by pushing the button conveniently located on the monitor’s side.
Sensitivity Calibration
The DuraVision FDS1782T is equipped with technology which calibrates the touch sensitivity to minimize incorrect touch reponse due to environmental factors and electromagenetic noise. This ensures that the screen maintains accurate touch interaction during use.
Stylus Compatibility
The DuraVision FDS1782T monitor can be used with a touch stylus for smooth writing.

2. Features for Ease of Use
Fully Flat Design
The fully flat surface provides a seamless touch experience to the edges of the screen. This makes swiping motions and scrolling a breeze.
IPS Panel
The DuraVision FDS1782T uses an LED-backlit IPS panel with wide viewing angles that minimize color shift and contrast changes when viewing the screen from the side. The surface of the panel is also coated with an anti-glare treatement for further clarity in bright ambient environments.
Reclining Stand
The equipped stand provides flexible positioning to allow the monitor to rest on your desk like a laptop and recline back to your desired angle. This makes it easy to place the DuraVision FDS1782T in the ideal position for comfortable use in any environment.
Complete Connection
The DuraVision FDS1782T monitor is equipped with DisplayPort, DVI-D, and D-Sub inputs which are conveniently located on the side for easy access.
High Durability
The touch screen has a non-scratch surface made of reinforced glass with a hardness of 5H, making it durable enough to withstand long-term use in a range of environments.

Environmentally and socially conscious production
EIZO uses the DuraVision monitors to showcase how image and product quality go hand in hand with responsible planning, material procurement and production. This intrinsic value enables you to make a safe investment in a modern and reliable monitor.
Socially responsible production
The DuraVision monitors are produced in a socially responsible way. It is free of child labour and forced labour. Suppliers along the supply chain have been carefully selected and they have also committed themselves to produce in a socially responsible way. This applies in particular to conflict minerals. We present a detailed report about our social responsibility annually and voluntarily.
Environmentally and climate friendly
Each DuraVision monitor is manufactured in our own factory, which implements an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001. This includes measures to reduce waste, wastewater and emissions, resource and energy consumption, as well as to encourage environmentally conscious behaviour among employees. We publicly report on these measures on an annual basis as a main component of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) report.
Sustainable and durable
The DuraVision monitors are designed for a long service life that takes into account the entire lifecycle and impact on the environment. It is generally well above the five-year guarantee. Spare parts are available up to five years after the end of production.
The monitor’s long service life and the ability to repair it save resources and the climate. When designing the DuraVision we paid attention to reducing resource consumption by using high-quality components and materials and being meticulous in production.
The packaging of the DuraVision consists of cardboard box made of 85% recycled paper, while the transport padding is even 100% recycled material.

Thanks to continuous research and development of high-quality components and technologies, EIZO produces monitor solutions that are strong when it comes to quality and absolute reliability.
24-Hour Use, 3-Year warranty
The monitor is built for 24-hour use and are backed by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty for long-term reliability.
